About OZEMPIC
OZEMPIC is a prescription medication containing the active ingredient semaglutide, a glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist. It is used to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus, and to manage body weight in adults with obesity or overweight with at least one weight-related condition.

Active Ingredient & Action
SEMAGLUTIDE works by mimicking the action of the natural hormone GLP-1, which helps to regulate blood sugar levels and appetite. This results in improved glycemic control and weight loss.
Important Notes
OZEMPIC should be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional. It may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and injection site reactions. Patients with a history of pancreatitis, thyroid C-cell tumors, or a family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma should be monitored closely. OZEMPIC is not recommended for use in patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or in those with a personal history of pancreatitis.
