About SOLIRIS

SOLIRIS is a medicine that contains the active ingredient ECULIZUMAB, a humanized monoclonal antibody. Active Ingredient & Action

This inhibition reduces the formation of the membrane attack complex (MAC) and the subsequent lysis of red blood cells, thereby reducing the symptoms of PNH and aHUS.
