STRIBILD

Активн.: & Action STRIBILD's active ingredients work together to inhibit the replication of HIV-1 virus. COBICISTAT is a CYP3A inhibitor that increases the levels of ELVITEGRAVIR, EMTRICITABINE, and TENOFOVIR DISOPROXIL FUMARATE in the body. ELVITEGRAVIR is an HIV-1 integrase inhibitor that blocks the integration of viral DNA into host cells. EMTRICITABINE is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) that inhibits viral replication by interfering with the viral RNA-dependent DNA polymerase. TENOFOVIR DISOPROXIL FUMARATE is also an NRTI that inhibits viral replication by interfering with the viral RNA-dependent DNA polymerase. Important Notes STRIBILD is available only by prescription and should be used under the guidance of a healthcare provider. Patients should be tested for hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection before starting treatment with STRIBILD. STRIBILD may interact with other medications, including certain antacids, and may cause side effects such as nausea, diarrhea, and headache. Patients should follow the recommended dosage and administration instructions provided by their healthcare provider
