About INVOKAMET
INVOKAMET is a prescription medication containing the active ingredients canagliflozin and metformin hydrochloride. It is used to treat type 2 diabetes in adults, helping to lower blood sugar levels and improve glycemic control.

Active Ingredient & Action

Important Notes
INVOKAMET is not recommended for patients with severe kidney disease or those taking certain medications that may increase the risk of lactic acidosis, a serious side effect. Patients should also be aware of the risk of dehydration, hypotension, and increased risk of amputations. It is essential to follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly while taking INVOKAMET.
