Active Ingredient & Action
COLD & FLU-IN-ONE contains a combination of Guaifenesin, Acetaminophen, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps to thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to cough up.
