SANDOZ SITAGLIPTIN-METFORMIN XR is a prescription medication containing the active ingredients METFORMIN HYDROCHLORIDE and SITAGLIPTIN (SITAGLIPTIN PHOSPHATE MONOHYDRATE). It is used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
