About ORKAMBI

ORKAMBI is a prescription medication containing the active ingredients IVACAFTOR and LUMACAFTOR. It is used to treat cystic fibrosis (CF) in patients aged 2 years and older who have two copies of the F508del mutation in the CFTR gene or who have one copy of the F508del mutation in the CFTR gene and one copy of the G551D mutation in the CFTR gene.

Active Ingredient & Action
