Active Ingredient & Action

Important Notes
ВІВАНАТ РОМФАРМ should be taken once a month, preferably on the same day of each month. It is essential to take the medication after an overnight fast and with a full glass of water. Patients should be advised to remain upright for at least 30 minutes after taking the medication to minimize the risk of esophageal irritation. Regular monitoring of renal function and serum calcium levels is recommended.
