About ELONOX HP
ELONOX HP is a prescription medication containing the active ingredient Enoxaparin Sodium, a low molecular weight heparin. It is used to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) in patients undergoing major orthopedic surgery, such as hip or knee replacement.
