Indications
ALUNBRYH® is intended for the treatment of adults patients with POShYRENYM NEDRIBNOKLITYNNYM RAKOM LEHEN (NDKRL), POZYTYVNYM to KINAZY ANAPLASTYChNOI LIMFOMY (ALK), which previously not OTRYMUVALY treatment inhibitor ALK. Also for treatment adults patients with PROHRESUIuChYM NDKRL, POZYTYVNYM to ALK, which previously OTRYMUVALY KRYZOTYNIB.
Pharmacological properties
ALUNBRYH® Ie inhibitor TYROZYNKINAZY, MIShENIaMY IaKOHO Ie KINAZA ANAPLASTYChNOI LIMFOMY (ALK), c-ros ONKOHEN 1 (ROS1) and INSULINOPODIBNYI RETsEPTOR FAKTORU ROSTU 1 (IGF-1R).
