It is bound with receptors PROHESTERONU in MATTsI only with 10% VIDNOSNOIu AFINNISTIu, ALE VYIaVLIaIe SYLNYI PROHESTAHENNYI effect in vivo. DIIeNOHEST reduces ENDOHENNU PRODUKTsIIu ESTRADIOLU, that leads to inhibition TROFIChNYKh effects ESTRADIOLU on EUTOPIChNYI and EKTOPIChNYI ENDOMETRII.
