About Rolinose
Oral drops containing cetirizine dihydrochloride 10 mg/ml.
Composition
Excipients include glycerol, propylene glycol, sodium saccharin, methylparaben (E218), propylparaben (E216), sodium acetate trihydrate, glacial acetic acid and purified water.
Indications
Symptomatic allergic rhinitis (seasonal and perennial) and chronic idiopathic urticaria.
Pharmacological properties
Cetirizine is a selective peripheral H1 antagonist with anti-allergic activity including inhibition of eosinophil migration in late-phase allergic responses.
