About ФРІ-АЛ
ФРІ-АЛ is a long-acting antihistamine that does not cause sedative effects. Its main function is to selectively block peripheral H1-histamine receptors in the body.
Composition
The active ingredient of the drug is desloratadine at a dose of 5 mg per tablet. The辅成分包括微晶纤维素（特别是颗粒状），钠羧甲基淀粉钠（类型A），镁 stearate and the colorant iron oxide red (E 172).
Indications
The product is intended to alleviate symptoms accompanying allergic rhinitis and urticaria.
Pharmacological Properties
Desloratadine acts as a selective antagonist of peripheral H1-receptors. In vitro studies indicate its anti-inflammatory and antiallergic properties, particularly its ability to inhibit the release of certain inflammatory cytokines and the expression of adhesion molecules, although the clinical significance of these data is still under investigation.
Clinical trials have confirmed the absence of significant effects on the cardiovascular system even with the application of doses up to 20 mg per day for two weeks.
