About ФЛОГЕНЗИМ

ФЛОГЕНЗИМ — is a medicinal product that exerts pronounced anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous effects. The preparation promotes microcirculation recovery and improves the rheological properties of blood, facilitating the elimination of breakdown products through the lymphatic and circulatory systems.

Composition

Each tablet of the preparation contains active components: bromelain (90 mg), trypsin (48 mg), and rutin (100 mg). Auxiliary substances include lactose monohydrate, corn starch, magnesium stearate, stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide anhydrous, talc, polyethylene glycol 6000, Eudragit L 12.5, triethyl citrate, and vanillin.

Indications

ФЛОГЕНЗИМ is used for the removal of edema after injuries (including sports and surgical interventions), including plastic and reconstructive surgeries. The preparation is also used in combination with complex therapy for inflammatory processes in the respiratory tract, oral cavity, and urogenital tract.

Additionally, the device is effective for rheumatic conditions of soft tissues (tendinitis, "tennis elbow," shoulder and arm pain), as well as for inflammatory degenerative injuries of joints.

Pharmacological Properties

The action of the preparation is due to the properties of the bromelain and trypsin enzymes, which break down inflammatory mediators and fibrin in the area of injury. This allows for the reduction of edema that occurs as a result of inflammation, injury, or surgery.

ФЛОГЕНЗИМ also exhibits fibrinolytic and thrombolytic activity. It promotes the depolymerization of the fibrin network and activates fibrinolysis by affecting plasminogen, which positively impacts blood flow.
