About ФІЛАП
ФІЛАП is a medicinal device for oral use, intended for the treatment of erectile dysfunction in men. The drug helps to restore impaired erectile function by improving blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation.
Composition
The active ingredient of the drug is sildenafil citrate, equivalent to 50 mg or 100 mg of sildenafil in one tablet. The辅成分包括微晶纤维素、无水钙磷酸盐、钠羧甲基纤维素和镁 stearate. It is used to treat men who have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection necessary for sexual intercourse. An important condition for the effective action of the drug is the presence of sexual arousal.
Pharmacological Properties
Sildenafil acts as a potent and selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). During sexual stimulation, the drug promotes the relaxation of smooth muscle in the corpus cavernosum, ensuring a blood flow. The mechanism of action is realized through the increase in cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) levels, which is responsible for erection.
