Active Ingredient & Action

TENOFOVIR DISOPROXIL FUMARATE is a nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NtRTI) that inhibits the replication of HIV-1 virus by blocking the reverse transcription of viral RNA into DNA.
