About Без Сульфітів
Без Сульфітів is a concentrate for solution for infusion containing noradrenaline tartrate. The drug is used to restore blood pressure in cases of acute hypotension. The concentrate contains 2 mg of noradrenaline tartrate per 1 ml.
Composition
The active substance of the drug is noradrenaline. 1 ml of concentrate contains 2 mg of noradrenaline tartrate. The drug also contains excipients: sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid, and water for injections.
Indications
Noradrenaline is indicated for the emergency restoration of blood pressure in cases of acute hypotension.
Pharmacological properties
Noradrenaline has a very strong effect on alpha-receptors and a more moderate effect on beta-1 receptors. This leads to generalized vasoconstriction, with the exception of the coronary vessels, which dilate indirectly due to increased oxygen consumption.
