About TEPEZZA

TEPEZZA is a prescription medication used to treat adults with thyroid eye disease (TED), a condition characterized by inflammation and swelling of the tissues around the eye. The active ingredient, TEPROTUMUMAB, is a monoclonal antibody that targets and blocks the activity of thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulins (TSIg), which are proteins that stimulate the thyroid gland to produce thyroid hormones.
