About СУБЕТТА
СУБЕТТА is a medicinal product that contains antibodies to the C-terminal fragment of the beta-subunit of the insulin receptor and antibodies to endothelial NO synthase.
Composition
The composition of СУБЕТТА includes active substances: antibodies to the C-terminal fragment of the beta-subunit of the insulin receptor (6 mg) and antibodies to endothelial NO synthase (6 mg). Excipients: isomalt, crospovidone, magnesium stearate.
Indications
СУБЕТТА is used in type 1 diabetes as an addition to insulin therapy and in type 2 diabetes as part of complex therapy.
Pharmacological properties
Antibodies to the C-terminal fragment of the beta-subunit increase the sensitivity of the insulin receptor to endogenous insulin and administered insulin, which is accompanied by the activation of insulin-dependent glucose metabolism. Antibodies to endothelial NO synthase increase the activity of endothelial NO synthase, which causes endothelioprotective action and a decrease in arterial blood pressure.
