Composition
The preparation consists of: the active ingredient - dry extract of ivy leaves (Hedera helix L. folium), excipients - potassium sorbate, hydroxyethylcellulose, black currant flavor, liquid maltitol, anhydrous citric acid, purified water.
Indications
СИРОП ВІД КАШЛЮ ДР. ТАЙССА З ЕКСТРАКТОМ ПЛЮЩА is used as an expectorant for productive cough.
Pharmacological properties
The preparation has anti-cough, expectorant, spasmolytic, and antimicrobial effects. It reduces the viscosity of mucus, facilitating its discharge. The mechanism of action is unknown.
