ДЕНІЗИД is a prescription antibiotic medication containing the active ingredient Ceftazidime. It is used to treat various bacterial infections, including pneumonia, septicemia, and urinary tract infections, caused by susceptible Gram-negative bacteria.

Active Ingredient & Action

It binds to penicillin-binding proteins (PBPs) located inside the bacterial cell wall, resulting in the disruption of the cell wall synthesis and ultimately leading to bacterial cell death.
