Active Ingredient & Action
DELSTRIGO contains three active ingredients that work together to inhibit the replication of HIV-1 virus. Lamivudine (3TC) is a nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) that inhibits viral DNA synthesis. Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF) is also an NRTI that inhibits viral DNA synthesis. Doravirine (DOR) is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI) that binds to the reverse transcriptase enzyme, preventing viral replication.
